30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in the original condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellation

• Before Shipping: You may cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Please email us with the subject ‘CANCEL (order number)’.
• After Shipping: If you wish to cancel after shipping, you may request a refund; however, you will need to return the order at your expense. Email us with ‘REFUND (order number)’, and we will guide you through the process.

Exchange Policy

We only accept exchanges if the item is in its original condition. Please note that the shipping cost for returning the item to our warehouse will be covered by the customer.

Non-returnable Items

Multiple orders of similar products in different sizes will not be eligible for return/exchange to prevent misuse of our policy.

Items without their original tags or that have been returned more than 24 hours after delivery are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
